“I carved out time on a Saturday afternoon to take and participate in a Self Compassion Workshop, thrilled I did. It was a beautiful way to pamper myself with some much needed self care.

Dana, of A Fit Mind-Life Coach, did an outstanding job of providing a full 90 minutes that included a guided yoga flow, engaging conversation to include self kindness, mindfulness and compassion with built in time for discussion, questions and answers. We were able to interact if we wanted, it was very conversational. The time flew and Dana ended the workshop with a guided meditation which was so relaxing.

Dana went above and beyond to answer questions and was willing to stay on zoom after her workshop ended should anyone want to stay on and continue the conversation.
