SELF-COMPASSION WORKSHOP

A 90 minute, virtual, small group workshop diving deeper into the practice of Self-Compassion and its importance on our mental, physical, emotional & spiritual health. This workshop will focus on providing you with the knowledge and skills to develop a healthy, balanced & individualized Self-Compassion plan and confidence to implement it into your daily life. *There will be yoga and mindfulness practice incorporated into the workshop.
