How my journey began

Life Coaching offers a unique opportunity to examine, learn and challenge ourselves in a supportive, validating and motivating environment.

I’m Dana Glauser - Not only am I a Life coach, but I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). After multiple years of practice exclusively as a therapist, specializing in the field of addiction and substance use disorders, I wanted to expand upon my experience and knowledge on human nature, relationships, attitudinal and behavioral change. I wanted to bring my areas of expertise to a new arena, to help an even greater number of Individuals find greater fulfillment in their lives and more meaningful relationships with themselves and others around them. These reasons and more are what have drawn me to life coaching.

My coaching practice is focused on the following:

- Helping people transform their lives

- Creating a clear sense of direction

- Regaining balance

- Finding joy and peace within

- Living out a more authentic and purposeful life.

I have created a powerful and enriching program drawing from both personal and professional experiences. My approach to life coaching is not formulaic; meaning that I work with individuals to create a unique and individualized plan to help them achieve their desired goals. With a background in yoga and specialization in yoga for trauma and recovery, I also incorporate mindfulness practices into my work.

Through deeper exploration (and generation of open and honest communication), we can better understand the patterns that create obstacles to joyful living and together we can work through patterns in thinking and behavior that may be impacting your ability to live to your full potential. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space; to help you learn (or re-learn) the importance of your mental and emotional health and its impact on your overall functioning.

I’m extremely passionate about this work, and I am dedicated to being a catalyst for your process of change. I bring a wealth of humor, compassion, optimism and thoughtfulness to the space we create. I truly believe that we all have personal strengths that we can utilize to help us improve and live better. Together, we can uncover your strengths to help you live a positive, meaningful and intentional life.
